Key Accountabilities:
- Order and restock materials as required.
- Deliver services to customers effectively and punctually.
- Walk customers through equipment operation, including safety instructions.
- Explain new features and suggest upgrades to customers.
- Provide clear customer feedback.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and complete tasks within given deadlines.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of products and services.
- Strong service and design skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the EV charger manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of EV chargers and their components.
- Ability to develop new products.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
