Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to drive seed sales and manage business accounts across the key aquaculture hubs of Andhra Pradesh. This role involves active field sales in Ongole, Bhimavaram, and the Krishna, East Godavari, and West Godavari districts, combined with disciplined daily bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Sales & Market Expansion
- Territory Management: Actively travel and maintain a presence in:
- Bhimavaram & West Godavari: Focus on intensive shrimp/fish farming clusters.
- Krishna & East Godavari: Manage existing farmer networks and hatchery relationships.
- Ongole (Prakasam): Identify new growth opportunities in the southern coastal belt.
- Direct Sales: Promote our high-quality seeds to farmers and wholesalers in these specific districts.
- Marketing: Distribute promotional materials and conduct small group meetings with local farmers to build brand trust.
2. Simple Accounts & Bookkeeping
- Collection Management: Track payments and outstanding balances for clients across all five regions.
- Daily Ledger: Record all sales transactions, fuel/travel expenses, and farm collections into a central log (Excel or Register).
- Receipt Management: Ensure every sale in the field is backed by a digital or physical invoice.
- Reporting: Provide weekly sales and expense reports broken down by district (e.g., "Sales in Bhimavaram vs. Sales in Ongole").
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location/Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively across the Krishna and Godavari districts. A valid driver’s license and own transport are required.
- Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; basic English for account documentation.
- Experience: 1–2 years in agri-sales or aqua-input sales is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use WhatsApp for reporting and basic Excel for account maintenance.
Specific Performance Targets
- Maintain a "Customer Map" for each of the five assigned regions.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in daily cash-in/cash-out recording.
- Achieve monthly seed stocking targets for each district.
Pay: ₹9,439.25 - ₹34,851.42 per month
