We are developing a Structural Analysis Software and BIM (Building Information Modelling) Application which will simulate and design buildings to withstand earthquakes, wind, live loads and we have no shortage of interesting challenges that require innovative solutions and strong leadership to accomplish.
We are looking for talented, creative and self-driven structural engineers to work as a part of the structural software quality assurance team, with a proven track record of solving technical problems.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of International Windows Standards and Regulations, documenting these for usage by the BIM development team and Product Development teams.

Collaborate with the BIM Software Development team to define/document Windows and Openings standards as well as assist with implementation into Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. This would include assisting the BIM team in understanding international regulations and also UI/UX of Window design within BIM Software.

Collaborate with the product development team to assist with the understanding of International Window Standards and Regulations and ensure that the ZURU prefabricated product range is compatible with these regulations.
Job Requirements:

5-7 Years of experience in Windows and Openings Industry designing Window systems in Revit or equivalent BIM software.

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Similar (having a master’s degree with exposure to international building codes would be an added advantage).
Key Skills:

Understanding of Windows and Openings Products within the Construction Industry including glazing, structure, ventilation, daylighting and energy efficiency.

Knowledge of International Regulations of Windows and Openings Products to be able to interpret key differences and similarities for the design of an international product.

Knowledge of designing Windows and Opening Systems using Revit or equivalent BIM software.

Ability to interpret the standards of each territorial authority and the communication skills to be able to convey the intent of the standards and collaborate with an international team of engineers.
