Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain records, files, and documentation properly
- Manage attendance, reports, and MIS data
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and management
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required
- Handle office inventory and stationery management
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office discipline
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
- 0–1 years of experience in Administration/MIS/Office Coordination preferred
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates from Vadodara or nearby locations preferred
