Plant Manager Responsibilities:
- Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
- Create and maintain a production schedule.
- Find ways to reduce production costs.
- Implement strategies to maximize production.
- Analyze workplace productivity.
- Resolve any concerns voiced by employees.
Plant Manager Requirements:
- Having minimum 10 years of experience in PVC Extrusion.
- Prior experience as a plant manager in PVC Extrusion,
- Having Master's/Bachelor's degree/diploma in plastic engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of health and safety laws.
- Natural leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to problem-solve.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
