Required Skillset:
We are seeking a talented and experienced software QA engineer with deep expertise in at least two of the following.
a. OCP SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface).
b. SDK for any networking ASIC.
c. Layer 2 & layer 3 networking features.
d. Knowledge of networking ASIC pipelines Experience on test frameworks like PyTest, PTF etc. and ASIC API library testing is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Test SDK & SAI features and API.
- Develop test strategy and test plans for SDK & SAI features.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Participate in reviews, design discussions, and documentation efforts Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network software QA.
- Proficient in Python.
- Experience with PTF (Packet Test Framework) and PyTest for validation.
- Good grasp of networking features, concepts.
- Some familiarity with network ASICs and switch hardware architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Can do, will do attitude, and a team player.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAI Challenger network testing framework.
- Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols (e.g., VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF).
- Familiarity with GenAI development tools.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
