GrandPeak Solutions is hiring Recruitment Associates to support our growing team across India.
As a Recruitment Associate, you will receive candidate data from the company and contact interested candidates to explain job opportunities and guide them through the company's onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Contact candidates from the company-provided database.
- Explain available job opportunities.
- Guide candidates through the complete onboarding process.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain records of candidate status.
- Coordinate with the HR team.

Compensation

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per week
