Seeking a highly experienced Senior Laravel Developer who can independently handle and deliver high-end, scalable web applications. This role demands strong technical ownership, deep debugging capabilities, and the ability to deliver projects efficiently under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver high-performance Laravel-based applications
- Handle end-to-end project execution independently (Requirement → Development → Deployment)
- Identify, debug, and resolve complex bugs and system-level issues with high confidence
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend architecture
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders when required
- Ensure fast turnaround time without compromising code quality
- Maintain proper documentation and version control (Git)
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in PHP Laravel framework
- Must have completed 15–20 real-world projects (live deployments preferred)
- Strong expertise in:
- Laravel (Advanced Level)
- PHP Core Concepts
- MVC Architecture
- REST API Development
- MySQL / PostgreSQL Database Design & Optimization
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills (critical requirement)
- Ability to handle projects independently without supervision
- Strong understanding of:
- Code optimization
- Security best practices
- Scalable system design
- Experience with Git, deployment processes, and server handling
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling large-scale or complex applications
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React basics)
- Experience with cloud servers, CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with caching (Redis), queues, and performance tuning
