We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys building scalable products from the ground up and delivering high-quality software that solves real-world business problems. - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications supporting business operations and customer-facing experiences.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and database architectures.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Prototype, test, and rapidly iterate on new features while maintaining high code quality.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities, automation, and analytics into business applications where applicable.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Deploy, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve production applications.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent experience building production-grade software.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience developing frontend applications using React.
- Knowledge of backend development using modern frameworks and API development.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, system design, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of software development best practices, version control, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across the full application stack.
- Experience with FastAPI or Django.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js.
- Exposure to AI applications, machine learning workflows, or data engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with automation, analytics, or IoT-based applications.
- Strong understanding of product development and user experience principles.
- Experience building scalable cloud-native applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Experience delivering complete web applications from concept through deployment.
