We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Job Role:
* Counsel students and parents through calls, chats, emails, and virtual meetings
* Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission procedures
* Understand student requirements and suggest suitable academic options
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication
* Handle student queries and provide proper guidance
* Maintain student records and update CRM/software regularly
* Achieve admission and counselling targets assigned by the company
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
