Hiring: Project Coordinator – Government Project
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 Years
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Government (NABARD) Project. Candidates with experience in Government, Banking, BFSI, or IT Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project execution across multiple locations.
- Work closely with Government officials, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Handle Invoicing, Billing, Payment Follow-ups, and Vendor Coordination.
- Track project milestones, SLAs, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide first-level coordination and support for IT infrastructure-related activities.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination.
- Experience working on Government Projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in MIS Reporting, Documentation, Invoicing & Billing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure Projects is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Government, Banking, BFSI, or Public Sector projects.
- Ready to travel as per project requirements.
