Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management. The candidate should be capable of managing executive schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless administrative operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules of senior management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS reports, and business documents as required.
- Follow up with departments and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidential records, contracts, files, and important business documents.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business visits and meetings.
- Assist management in project coordination, event planning, and administrative activities.
- Track action items and provide regular status updates to management.
- Support day-to-day executive and administrative operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
