We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can deliver a smooth customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and support queries professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and management teams
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communication
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
- Collect customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirement)
- 0–2 years experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with phone-based conversations
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems efficiently
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,368.29 - ₹34,169.58 per month
