Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Content & Listing Executive to manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, HTML/CSS, product content management, and image editing. Candidates who are eager to learn and have a strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce websites.
- Write engaging, customer-focused, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
- Research products and competitors to create high-quality and unique content.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to generate and improve product content.
- Upload and manage product images, categories, collections, and product variants.
- Perform basic HTML/CSS formatting for product pages when required.
- Create or edit product images and promotional creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
- Ensure product pages are accurate, visually appealing, and error-free.
- Support promotional campaigns by updating website content and banners.
- Create compelling product content that highlights features and benefits to encourage customer purchases.
- Continuously optimize product listings to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product updates.
Requirements
- Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of e-commerce websites and product listing processes.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic editing tools.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
