Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD processes, supporting integrations, testing solutions, and working closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements related to sales, distribution, and customer service.

Facilitate workshops and document business requirements.

Identify process gaps and recommend SAP SD solutions.

Design and configure SAP SD modules based on business requirements.

Develop functional specifications and map business processes to SAP functionality.

Test and validate SAP SD configurations.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues.
-
Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Prepare functional designs, test cases, and test documentation.

Participate in small to medium-sized SAP projects.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other SAP functional consultants.

Provide subject matter expertise and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills

10+ years of SAP consulting experience.

8+ years of SAP SD development/configuration experience.
-
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD in SAP S/4HANA.

Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes including:

Sales Order Management

Pricing

Billing

Customer Service

Strong understanding of SAP ERP and SAP SD integration with other modules.

Experience with SAP SD configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Preferred

Formal SAP SD training or certification.

Master’s Degree.

Experience working as an SAP SD Subject Matter Expert or mentor.
