Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate with selected candidates.
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
HR Operations
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Manage employee documentation and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
- Support payroll with attendance and leave data.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Celebrate birthdays, festivals, and company events.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Support employee wellness initiatives.
Performance Management
- Assist in employee performance review processes.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles.
- Maintain performance records and documentation.
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Support statutory documentation and labor law compliance.
- Update HR policies as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
