Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Faculty who can teach Foundation (school-level) and JEE (Main & Advanced) courses. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality lectures both offline and online using a laptop and pentab.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students preparing for Foundation (Class 6–10) and JEE (Main & Advanced).
- Deliver interactive and engaging online classes using digital tools (Laptop & Pentab).
- Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and test papers.
- Explain complex concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions.
- Maintain student performance records and reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong command over Mathematics concepts (Foundation + JEE level).
- Ability to teach in both online and offline modes.
- Proficiency in using Laptop, Pentab, and online teaching platforms (Zoom/Google Meet).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify difficult problems and concepts.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Candidates with strong subject knowledge can be considered even with a Bachelor’s degree.
- B.Ed. is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Experience
- 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
- Prior experience in teaching JEE or foundation courses is preferred.
Salary
- ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
