Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing, with the ability to engage audiences and generate leads through effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Develop creative content ideas and write compelling captions.
- Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Execute and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports using analytics tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other team members to create high-quality content.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through social media strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Basic content writing and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
