About the Role:
We are looking for a creative thinker and strong writer who can craft compelling short-form content across brands, campaigns, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have agency experience, understand consumer behaviour, and be capable of translating insights into impactful creative ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative copy for social media campaigns, reels, films, digital ads, and brand campaigns
- Write engaging captions, taglines, scripts, hooks, and campaign concepts
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for client campaigns
- Translate briefs into strong creative narratives and platform-specific content
- Track social media trends and convert cultural moments into relevant brand conversations Collaborate with designers, account managers, and strategists to develop integrated campaigns
- Present ideas confidently and incorporate feedback effectively Must-Have Skills:
- 2–3 years of agency experience in creative writing or copywriting
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, scripts, and creative concepts
- Excellent command over English language and storytelling
- Understanding of digital platforms, trends, and audience behaviour
- Ability to generate original ideas under tight timelines Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
Preferred:
- Experience working on consumer, lifestyle, automotive, or corporate brands
- Exposure to award-winning or high-engagement campaigns
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
