Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Strong Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA security
implementation and support. Deep understanding of SAP Fiori security
concepts, apps, catalogs, and tiles. Proficiency with SAP GRC Access
Control (AC). Experience with security tools (SU53, ST01,
STAUTHTRACE).
Good-to-Have SAP Cloud IAG architecture, implementation and administration.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Create, maintain, and manage S/4HANA security roles, profiles, and authorizations, including
Fiori-specific Catalogs, Groups, Spaces, and Pages. Secure Fiori apps, OData services, and
manage the Fiori Launchpad's security settings. Secure custom transactions, tables
(S_TABU_DIS), and programs, and manage SU24 settings.
2 Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3 Perform user administration (creation, assignment, password resets) and troubleshoot
authorization issues (e.g., using SU53, ST01). Implement and support SAP GRC Access
Control, including Firefighter ID, SoD analysis, risk mitigation, and audit support (SOX
compliance).
4 Handle incident management, problem resolution, and change requests in AMS environments.
