Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + Food & Accommodation
We are looking for enthusiastic ITI candidates to join our team as **Trainee Operators**.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment
- Perform routine checks and report deviations
- Follow safety & housekeeping standards
- Adhere to production schedules
- Coordinate with supervisors & quality teams
Requirements:
- ITI – Fitter / Welder / Fabrication
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to follow SOPs
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
