Job Summary:
The Academic Counsellor is responsible for managing online and offline inquiries related to IELTS coaching and Student Visa services. The role involves counselling prospective students, guiding them through course selection and study abroad options, assisting with admissions and visa processes, and ensuring a high conversion and satisfaction rate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and respond to online leads for IELTS/PTE and student visa services.
* Provide accurate and updated information regarding IELTS courses, exam formats, intake sessions, and study abroad opportunities.
* Counsel students on suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their academic profile and career goals.
* Guide students through the complete admission and student visa process, including documentation and application procedures.
* Coordinate with IELTS faculty and visa processing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Maintain and update inquiry data, follow-ups, and conversion records in the system.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
* Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain confidentiality of student records.
* Provide pre-departure guidance and post-enrollment support to students.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
