Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative interior design concepts for commercial spaces, including offices, retail, and hospitality environments.
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, space planning layouts, and high-quality 2D/3D design visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budget limitations, and brand identity.
- Develop detailed production drawings and construction documentation for execution by contractors and vendors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to align with the design vision and project goals.
- Manage and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and maintain design integrity during execution.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth coordination and implementation.
- Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interior design.
- Submit a Project Lessons Learned report after project completion to document key insights and areas for improvement.
Daily Reporting Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit daily work reports.
- Ensure all working files, including drawings, updates, and relevant documents, are shared daily with the concerned team members or departments for review, coordination, and record-keeping.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting to support effective project tracking and decision-making.
