Position Summary
We are looking for a responsible, professional, and guest-focused Front Office Executive – Night Shift to manage front desk operations during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to ensure smooth night operations while maintaining high guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities / Front Office Operations
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during night shifts.
- Manage room reservations, room allocations, and guest requests accurately.
- Maintain proper guest records, billing details, and payment transactions.
- Ensure smooth night audit procedures and accurate daily reports.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
Guest Service & Relations
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent hospitality service.
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and emergency situations calmly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and food & beverage departments for guest requirements.
- Ensure VIP guests and late-night arrivals receive proper assistance and attention.
Night Operations Management
- Monitor resort activities and maintain security awareness during night hours.
- Ensure lobby, reception, and public guest areas remain clean and organized.
- Prepare shift handover reports and communicate important operational updates to management.
- Support night operational requirements and assist guests with transportation or travel-related queries when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and financial transaction records.
- Conduct daily reconciliation and night audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or hotel reception operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and hospitality knowledge may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software preferred.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
