Job Description Responsibilities:
HMC Setter cum Operator
- Set up and operate HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre) machines
- Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and program loading
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Load and unload components properly
- Inspect parts using Vernier, Micrometre, Bore Gauge
- Maintain required quality standards and tolerances
- Monitor production targets and machine performance
- Perform basic machine maintenance & troubleshooting
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 1–8 Years Preferred
