Responsibilities:
- Interact with users via chat, email, and phone to resolve product-related queries and issues.
- Master all features of our invoicing and payments software to provide accurate and efficient support.
- Create and maintain support documents, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for user reference.
- Collaborate with the product team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with users to enhance their product experience.
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi for verbal communication.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Proficient in typing and comfortable handling phone calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
