In this role, you will be the bridge between aspiring students and their educational goals. You will interact with prospective candidates, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the right courses and skill training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional career counseling to prospective students and professionals.
- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Guide candidates through the entire enrollment and admissions process.
- Meet monthly enrollment and counseling goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales is required.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in educational sales, course counseling, or admission counseling is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and active listening.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Kochi, Kerala.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
