Experience: Minimum 3+ Years in B2B SaaS Lead Generation / Sales (US Market Preferred)
About the Role
We are a fast-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution — ideal for a competitive and results-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns
- Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation & conversion targets
- Track outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales — preferably targeting the US market
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Self-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with the US B2B sales landscape will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
