Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Change Controls, Deviations, CAPA, OOS, OOT, and Incident investigations.
- Preparation, review, revision, issuance, and archival of SOPs and quality documents.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity requirements.
- Conducting Internal Audits and follow-up of audit observations.
- Managing Market Complaints, Risk Assessments, and Product Quality Reviews (PQR/APQR).
- Trending and analysis of QMS data.
- Coordinating with Production, QC, Warehouse, and PTL Laboratory for quality-related activities.
- Ensuring timely closure of QMS events and implementation of CAPA.
- Conducting GMP and QMS training programs for employees.
- Supporting regulatory inspections and customer audits.
Qualification
- M.Pharm (QA / Pharmaceutics preferred)
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in QMS activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Experience in Tablet, Capsule, Ointment manufacturing and PTL Laboratory preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GMP, WHO-GMP, Schedule M, Data Integrity, and QMS systems.
- Strong documentation and investigation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
