Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer support executives.
- Monitor daily KPIs, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Prepare reports and analyze team performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a high-performance work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an International Team Leader.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level proficiency is mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience handling KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Client and escalation management experience.
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
