Position: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, strengthening the dealer-distributor network, and promoting the company's seed portfolio within the assigned territory. The role requires close engagement with farmers, dealers, distributors, and influencers to drive product adoption and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.
- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and crop seminars.
- Execute product promotion campaigns and market development activities.
- Generate demand through retailers, influencers, and progressive farmers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Forecast sales and maintain adequate stock availability across the territory.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams for smooth product availability.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, tour reports, and CRM records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) preferred.
- Diploma in Agriculture or related discipline may also be considered.
Experience
- 3–7 years of sales experience in the seed industry.
- Experience in hybrid seeds(Vegetable, Maize, Paddy, Millet, or Field Crops) is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Dealer and distributor management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of crop production and seed technologies.
- Market analysis and territory planning.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM applications.

- Agriculture background.
- Existing dealer and farmer network within the assigned territory.
- Strong understanding of local agricultural markets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
