Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for Business lead generation and managing the company’s overall sales growth.
The role involves Business Development and Project management to ensure timely project completion to customers.
Qualification: BE Mechanical/Diploma Mechanical or any Mechanical field related
Experience: 10 years of experience in senior management role as Sales Manager in OEM industries
Compensation: 12-15 LPA
Key Responsibilities
· Accountable for Department PCL
· Strategic planning, developing Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
· Aid and Assist for EPC Project Execution
· Business Lead Generation
· Accountable for Sales Target
· Recruit, train and Develop Sales Team
· Provide ongoing coaching C support to enhance Team Performance.
· Target Setting, pipeline management and Customer relationship management.
· Sales Report preparation and presenting the same to Top management.
· Cross Functional Collaboration working closely with other departments such as Design C Engineering, projects and Finance.
· Budget Planning and ensure efficient use of resources.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
