Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Understand business and technical requirements and convert them into functional software solutions.
- Develop new features and enhance existing applications based on project requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and technical problems.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations as required.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and other software interfaces where applicable.
- Maintain proper version control and follow coding and development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, technical team members, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions wherever required.
- Assist in software deployment, configuration, maintenance, and post-deployment support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, development notes, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor existing applications and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and development practices that can improve project outcomes.
- Ensure applications are secure, reliable, responsive, and optimized for performance.
- Support integration between software applications and hardware/devices wherever required.
- Provide technical assistance during project implementation and resolve field-level software issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client data.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have good working knowledge of one or more programming languages and development technologies such as:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Python / Java / C# / C++ or other relevant programming languages
- HTML, CSS and modern web technologies
- REST APIs and JSON
- SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Git and version-control systems
- Basic understanding of software architecture and SDLC
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- API integration and third-party services
Additional knowledge of Node.js, React, Angular, .NET, MongoDB, cloud platforms, mobile application development, or CI/CD will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant software development experience preferred.
- Strong programming and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development principles and SDLC.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
