The content you will create will be for communication, soft-skills and behavioural programmes from a junior to a senior level. This can be either for classroom or e.learning modules.
Your duties would include:
1. creating new activities
2. creating a facilitator guide, PPT for new programmes
3. upskilling trainers on the content
4. conducting TNIs with managers/participants to understand the learning needs
An important requirement: you should speak and write English like a native speaker.

Salary ranges from 30K to 50K depending on your experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
