Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Manage travel arrangements, events, and logistics
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation
- Track deadlines, projects, and ensure timely execution
- Assist in decision-making by providing relevant data and insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

- Tech-savvy with knowledge of scheduling and collaboration tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
