We are looking for a motivated Business Development Engineer to drive B2B sales and business growth in the solar energy sector. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, prepare proposals, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop B2B leads for solar projects.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their energy requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (solar industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Salary: Best in the industry + Incentives
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
