Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Design & Development, Social Media Marketing).
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, Email).
- Freshers are welcome. Experience in Tele Sales, Sales, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
