Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and optimize online performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, and proven success in developing and executing high-impact campaigns that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Lead customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention initiatives. Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI) across channels. Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Collaborate with content, design, product, sales, and technology teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns. Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic. Lead paid media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Create dashboards and present performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership. Manage external agencies, vendors, and technology partners. Mentor and develop junior marketing team members while fostering a data-driven and collaborative culture
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
