Position: Senior Civil Engineer – Real Estate Projects

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Civil Engineer to independently manage and supervise all civil engineering activities relating to our residential layout and infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to ensure quality, timely execution, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute all civil works from commencement to completion.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Ensure completion of works within the approved timeline.
- Coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
2. Site Supervision
- Daily supervision of all site activities.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and labour.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Resolve site issues immediately.
3. Infrastructure Development
Responsible for execution of:
- Internal Roads
- BT Roads
- CC Roads
- Underground Drainage (UGD)
- Storm Water Drains
- Culverts
- Compound Walls
- Entrance Gates
- Footpaths
- Rain Water Harvesting Structures
- Water Supply Network
- Bore Wells
- Overhead Water Tanks
- Electrical Ducting
- Solar Street Lighting
- Landscaping
- Parks and Open Spaces
- Security Cabin
- Utility Services
4. Quality Control
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of materials.
- Conduct quality inspections.
- Verify cube test reports where applicable.
- Ensure proper curing and workmanship.
- Maintain quality records.
5. Quantity Survey & Estimation
- Prepare quantity estimates.
- Verify contractor measurements.
- Check BOQs.
- Monitor material consumption.
- Prevent wastage.
6. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify competent contractors.
- Negotiate rates.
- Monitor contractor performance.
- Verify contractor bills.
- Certify completed works.
7. Material Management
Monitor procurement and consumption of:
- Cement
- Steel
- Sand
- Gravel
- Metal
- Bricks
- Paver Blocks
- PVC Pipes
- RCC Pipes
- Electrical Materials
- Solar Equipment
- Water Supply Materials
Maintain proper inventory records.
8. Cost Control
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Monitor project expenditure.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prevent unnecessary expenses.
- Maintain budget discipline.
9. Government Liaison
Coordinate with authorities relating to:
- Municipality
- Revenue Department
- Electricity Department
- Water Supply Department
- Panchayat
- Survey Department
- RERA-related engineering matters
- Layout approval authorities
10. Drawing & Documentation
- Study engineering drawings.
- Prepare site sketches where required.
- Maintain revised drawings.
- Maintain site records.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Prepare weekly progress reports.
- Prepare monthly status reports.
11. Health & Safety
- Ensure safe working conditions.
- Conduct toolbox meetings.
- Ensure PPE usage.
- Prevent unsafe practices.
- Report accidents immediately.
12. Team Management
Lead and supervise:
- Site Supervisors
- Surveyors
- Contractors
- Skilled Labour
- Unskilled Labour
- Machine Operators
13. Coordination
Coordinate with:
- Architects
- Structural Consultants
- Electrical Engineers
- Survey Consultants
- Legal Team
- Marketing Team (for site readiness)
- Management

- Timely completion of project milestones.
- Zero compromise on quality.
- Effective cost control.
- Minimal material wastage.
- Compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Proper maintenance of site records.
- Contractor performance management.
- Timely certification of bills.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- M.Tech is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Project Management or Quality Management are desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years in residential layout, plotting, township, or infrastructure development projects.
- Experience in independently handling complete projects is essential.

Employment Type
Compensation
- Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Performance-based incentives may be considered based on project milestones and successful completion.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience in residential layout development, particularly involving MUDA/DTCP/RERA-approved projects, internal roads, drainage, water supply, electrification, and site infrastructure will be given preference.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
