* Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.
* Contact prospective customers and explain property features and benefits.
* Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.
* Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain customer records and sales reports.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
* Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
Requirements
good communication skills
* Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
