- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and incident resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and best practices relevant to the role.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Experience with operating system deployment, patch management, and configuration management within Windows environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques to assist end-users effectively.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
