## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Multi-Skilled Technician** to maintain and repair building systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, civil maintenance, and general facility management. The technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

## Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, DB panels, sockets, switches, and wiring.
* Carry out plumbing repairs, including pipelines, faucets, valves, sanitary fixtures, pumps, and drainage systems.
* Maintain HVAC systems such as split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and exhaust fans.
* Perform basic carpentry work, including repairs of doors, windows, furniture, partitions, and locks.
* Execute minor civil maintenance such as masonry, painting, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, and false ceiling repairs.
* Conduct regular inspections of building equipment and utility systems.
* Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and service reports.
* Coordinate with external vendors during major repair and maintenance work.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory regulations, and company policies.
* Monitor spare parts inventory and report material requirements.
* Support emergency response activities and ensure minimum downtime of facility operations.

## Required Qualifications
* ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical discipline.
* Minimum **2–8 years** of experience in facility management, commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, hospitals, hotels, malls, or residential complexes.
