Beauty Station is a premium organic salon specializing in luxury hair, skin, and wellness treatments. We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Drive salon sales, memberships, and retail targets
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Build strong client relationships and handle customer concerns
- Lead, train, and motivate the salon team
- Coordinate marketing activities and generate new business
- Monitor inventory, hygiene, SOPs, and service quality
- Track daily revenue, footfall, conversions, and performance KPIs
Requirements
- 10–15 years of salon management experience
- Strong consultation, sales, leadership, and customer relationship skills
- Good knowledge of hair, skin, and beauty services
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Well-groomed, professional, and target-oriented

- Model Town, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
