Position: Injection Moulding Machine Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for an Injection Moulding Machine Operator to operate and monitor injection moulding machines for plastic product manufacturing. The candidate should ensure production quality, machine efficiency, and safety during operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection moulding machines and related equipment.
- Load raw materials into the machine as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and production output.
- Check product quality and remove defective items.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in injection moulding machine operation.
- Basic knowledge of plastic raw materials and moulding process.
- Ability to handle machine settings and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- ITI/Diploma or relevant experience preferred.
