Whether you've worked on GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms, we're interested in your ability to think logically and design scalable solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Implementation
- Configure and maintain CRM systems
- Set up pipelines, stages, forms, custom fields, and user permissions
- Manage customer data and ensure CRM accuracy
- Build scalable CRM structures for different business models
Marketing Automation
- Design automation workflows based on business requirements
- Build lead nurturing journeys
- Create automation logic for lead assignment, follow-ups, reminders, notifications, and customer communication
- Optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability
CRM Integrations
Work with and maintain integrations between CRM platforms and tools such as:
- Shopify
- WordPress
- Meta Lead Ads
- Google Forms & Lead Sources
- WhatsApp Cloud API
- Payment gateways
- Webhooks
- APIs
- Automation platforms such as n8n, Pabbly Connect, Zapier, or Make
Analytics & Process Improvement
- Build CRM dashboards and reports
- Monitor lead movement across pipelines
- Analyze lead funnels and identify conversion drop-offs
- Improve CRM processes using data and insights
- Present weekly implementation updates and recommendations
Technical Support
- Troubleshoot workflow failures
- Resolve integration issues
- Debug automation logic
- Investigate API and webhook errors
- Maintain CRM documentation and SOPs
Required SkillsMust Have
- 1–3 years of experience working with CRM platforms
- Experience with at least one CRM such as GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales, or similar
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle management
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation workflows
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flow between systems
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Pabbly Connect, Zapier, or Make
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
