Job Summary:
We're looking for a Python Automation Engineer with experience in AWS Connect to automate and enhance contact center operations. You’ll build serverless workflows, integrate AWS services, and develop scalable solutions using Python and cloud-native tools.
Develop automation scripts using Python and Boto3 .
Build and manage AWS Lambda , API Gateway , Step Functions , etc.
Integrate AWS Connect with services like S3 , DynamoDB , and CloudWatch .
Automate AWS Connect configuration and call flow deployment.
Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting for contact center operations.

1. Amazon Connect - Mandatory skill. Someone who has worked on flow diagrams and have hands on exposure to Connect.
