Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling/renting properties, and ensuring smooth real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and builders
- Handle documentation and follow-ups until deal closure
- Stay updated with market trends and property values
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Only Experienced candidates can apply
