*Job Summary*
The CRM Executive in the real estate sector is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the property sales cycle. This role involves handling client inquiries, ensuring smooth documentation processes, and providing excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential property buyers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Documentation & Process Support
- Assist customers with booking procedures and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth property registration.
- Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and filed.
- Follow up with customers after booking and during project completion.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.

*Qualifications*

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate CRM or customer service preferred
