Job Description
We are looking for experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to join our growing logistics team. If you have at least one year of hands-on experience in US freight brokerage, strong negotiation skills, and an existing understanding of carrier and customer management, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Source and book freight with carriers.
- Negotiate competitive rates to maximize margins.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve shipment issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet daily and monthly brokerage targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US freight brokerage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of load boards and transportation management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Candidates from the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) are preferred.
