We are looking for a dynamic, performance-driven, and client-centric Financial Advisor to join our growing wealth management team in Mohali. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to retail and high-net-worth clients, helping them navigate financial markets and manage their investment portfolios.

## Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively connect with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs.
- Portfolio Advisory: Provide holistic wealth advisory services across a multi-product portfolio, including Equity/Stocks, Mutual Funds (SIP & Lump-Sum), Bonds/NCDs, Gold/Silver ETFs, Structured Products, and Global Investment Products.
- Daily Business Hygiene: Maintain consistency in daily outreach by logging high-volume client interactions (calls and in-person meetings) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cross-Selling & Portfolio Deepening: Actively cross-sell multiple asset classes to ensure well-rounded, diversified client portfolios while meeting monthly business targets.
- Market Compliance & Tracking: Complete documentation and ensure all accounts conform to specific qualifying onboarding conditions within required timelines. Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful track record as a Financial Advisor, Relationship Manager, or Wealth Manager.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi to build deep trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Advisory & Analytical Skills: A strong baseline understanding of Indian equity markets, mutual fund metrics, macroeconomic factors, and standard technical/fundamental indicators.
- Sales & Goal-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to meet monthly revenue and volume benchmarks while managing multi-product lines.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. NISM certifications (Series V-A, Series VIII, etc.) are a significant advantage.
